Had to provide additional details for the existing claim so I tried to ring the number but it never let us speak with someone. I had to go to centrelink office, help desk staff was really nice and even my turn came relatively quick. I'm more disappointed with the service.I asked some questions, the lady said sorry I can't provide any advice.I told her to update details of the claim, she said sorry I can't do that.I asked so what you can do, please ring the number and I'll transfer you to someone and you can go home. Basically I went there and waited for my turn, couldn't help me with anything, and put me in the phone queue (which takes always at least an hour for someone to answer). How nice this service is???Also on the phone I asked same questions and the person said, sorry I can't give you any answers, the line is recorded. Funny!!No one provide any guidance, they just expect us to know everything

In and out within 20 minutes without an appointment. Couldn't have been more helpful and obliging.

The staff operating this branch are nothing but low lives. The Management team here are extremely rude and enjoy bullying the customers. The branch is an embarrassment to Centrelink and should be under urgent review for conduct.Hope this branch is closed down and these good for nothing staff members are dealt with. The behaviour is disrespectful and should not be tolerated.Avoid avoid avoid….

I have found the Norwood Centrelink staff to be extremely helpful and very proficient. Proffesional service in a friendly manner. The waiting times I have encounted have been very reasonable for a busy office. Thankyou Norwood for your help.

this organization is setting its people up for failure.saying things like, we never received a response from a letter we sent. when in actual fact, no letter was ever receivedgood luck trying to get through to them on the phone as wellIMPOSSIBLE..glad I paid all my taxes before succumbing to MVA injuries. makes me really happy and fulfilled. NOT.

The woman who assessed my claim after 3 years voluntarily taking no centrelink when I could have deserves to be fired. I was on the street due to domestic violence and she didn't even approve a crisis payment despite a police report. Because of this I experienced even more crisis and went hungry. Pretty sure she just saw me with an Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander man and decided to discriminate.

Had to wait but it was a reasonable time frame. Listening to the service provided to other client as I waited plus the service I received, I felt the service was very good. My experience was that the service officer seemed knowledgeable and respectful and resolved my enquiry.

Saw me relatively quickly considering how busy they were. Both workers that helped me out were wonderful - very patient when I didn't understand what was happening and sorted out the problem I had.

I attended Centrelink at Norwood SA a few days ago after moving house. I was attended by Karlee a very efficient and friendly young lady who helped me through the whole process. I am 75 and it was regarding my aged pension and very daunting. I had to make a further appointment eith more information and attended today to finalise a few details. I was looked after by another Carly again very patient with me and very helpful. I needed to get more info from my bank. Carly kept my appt on pause so that I could leave get the info needed and return to Centrelink straight away. On my return I saw yet another lady, whose name I did not get. She happily sorted out my issues and all is in order. I would like to thank everyone who looked after me. I was not looking forward to my visit there with all my personal information in hand, however I was treated very respectfully and am most appreciative. Thank you to staff at Norwood Centrelink SA
