I have been going to Ambience Body Lymphatic Drainage massage which Sandra has taught me so much about my body. She is truly fantastic. I recently threw my back out,I could hardly move I was in so much pain.I booked in to see Sandra to help me, Sandra suggested I do a whole body needing which I did and I can’t believe how quickly my back has bounced back. I have been seeing Sandra at Ambience Body Therapies on a weekly basis for about two months now and she has performed nothing short of miracles. I sustained a significant knee injury three years ago and as a result I have suffered from a number of issues including severe aching and soreness in the entire leg and lower back. Sandra, literally took control, came up with a plan and two months later all symptoms have gone. She is like a force of nature with a big personality and tons of positive energy but most importantly she really really knows her stuff. I cannot recommend Sandra or Ambience more highly!

I am a nail technician and work very long days (8-14 hours depending) I sometimes work 6 days a week. I have been suffering from chronic arm/neck/shoulder pains. I have seen quite a few therapist and done their treatment plans and received zero change. Today I saw Andrew for a Neural Balancing & Remedial massage. I was referred to Sandra by my son. He had had a bad migraine for two or three weeks and Sandra fixed it in two sessions. I had long standing pain issues off and on from two spinal fractures and my side was in spasm over recent weeks. I had tried physiotherapy and got partial relief. My Doctor had no remedy. I saw Sandra and after just one session the spasms were gone and the pain was almost gone. After two sessions I am pain free. Sandra unknotted all the muscles in my back with her massage skills. And she is really, cheerful, thoughtful and nice. I am going to keep seeing Sandra monthly.Sandra is very skilled and professional and I strongly recommend her.

Never have I met someone who has been able to go right into the muscle and joint areas, as well as trigger points, to provide instant results. I can't honestly remember the last time I felt this good! Highly recommended.
