Ordered takeaway last night. I particulary like larb salad which is normally a fresh and tasty Thai food salad with mint. coriander and lemongrass flavours. Their menu included a Larbgai Yang in the Saladaze section. We couldn't work out whether it was a salad or another cooked item we had ordered. It was the worst Larb I have ever been given. The rest of the meal was tasteless and uninspiring.

Ingredients really fresh and good, the big prawns in the soup was cooked perfectly. But it’s a shame that Everything else is just super salty, couldn’t drink the Tong yum soup after putting half bottle water in it, hope they can improve since I really love Thai food.

A great place for a quick meal. It's funky and lively for the north shore. 4 stars for service as I'm not a fan of ordering via my phone when I'm sat down in the restaurant.

Don’t waste your time and money here.Service was rude, my partner asked if the kitchen can make certain dish with duck and all the staff laughed at him.Also stay away from the seafood as it gave my partner food poisoning. I wouldn’t be surprised if their food safety was as bad as their service.

I ate at St Ives Bangkok the other day and I have never had greater service in my life; specifically from a waiter named Harry. We were greeted by his warm smile and ushered to a beautiful location. The food was ok but the service was exceptional and I would highly recommend going just for the service alone. Give this man a raise please.

Started off poorly when I had to literally walk into the kitchen myself to find a waiter to sit us down (the place had barely customers at the time). It did not get better when the food came out. All three dishes we ordered had the flavour completely wrong, not to mention our chicken was dry, the beans were severely undercooked and the pad see ew was burnt. Won’t be coming back…

Beyond disappointing! I have eaten here before and loved it. Tonight’s takeaway was half cooked, lacking in flavour and made me wish I’d cooked myself. Last time I will eat here. Absolute rip-off.

Service is terrible. Wait staff act like they are doing you a favour. Food was actually good. We ordered the banquet. The duck and beef were cooked tender but again the wait staff spoiled the eating experience. Will not come here again. There are better eating spots elsewhere where staff aren't rude.

First time to eat at their St Ives branch and loved it. Great selections of Thai foods that you can choose. The only thing is they don't serve dessert.
