It has been roughly three months since I had Magnetite installed on one of my windows, giving me ample time to evaluate the product. Overall, I am pleased with the product's performance. Although it does not eliminate noise completely, it has reduced it enough for me to sleep peacefully.I opted for the 10mm thickness panels with a slide-and-snap mechanism to reduce loud car engine noises. The mechanics are simple yet effective, and the panels can be removed individually to gain access to the primary window for cleaning. However, it is important to note that the panels can be quite heavy.The overall installation process was smooth. Chloe promptly responded to my initial enquiry and not long after, I got an appointment with Rob to come in for a free inspection.Rob answered all my questions in great detail and was very honest and clear about how much noise reduction I can expect.The frame installer went the extra mile to seal existing gaps on my window frame to prevent bugs from entering my home. Additionally, the panel installer promptly replaced a panel that was scratched during manufacturing, for which I am very appreciative.In conclusion, I am very pleased with the product and service provided. The main challenge for me was deciding between the 4mm or 10mm panel. This was partly because Rob gave neutral explanation without attempting to push any particular product on me, which is a good thing.I will definitely consider installing Magnetite for my other windows in the future.

Living on a busy 5 lane road I recently installed Magnetite double glazed windows and could not be happier with the noise reduction. From the outset, even though I was a small customer, I was treated with such professionalism from the office staff, the prompt appointment to quote, the measurer to the installer, all instilled confidence in my choice of product. They even recommended someone to tint my windows, and he too turned out to be amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering their products.

Our fifteen month old double storey unit has a first floor living area with large north facing windows only ten metres away from eight lanes of Nepean Highway. There is also a large triangular window above set in a stepped section of ceiling above. The windows have double glazing which have low thermal insulation and minimal acoustic insulation. The dark coloured aluminium frames acted as a bar radiator array when the weather was hot, and sucked the heat from the room when the weather was cold. After some research we contacted Magnetite for a solution to our problem. Kaz arrived and thoroughly analysed the situation and recommended their ten millimetre supplementary acrylic glazing. The whole process from investigation to framing to installation was efficiently and competently carried out by pleasant considerate staff. We could not be more pleased with all aspects of the performance of Magnetite, particularly since the UV resistance of the acrylic obviated the necessity to install much more expensive custom motorised blinds to the upper triangular window.

I can safely report back after 4 months post installing magnetite to my study window adjoining neighbouring property that the noise reduction had beaten all expectations in addition to thermal performance. I am a skeptic but believe in the power of science. The way Kaz has been able to utilise his engineering knowledge to uncompromisingly articulate the physics behind their materials and translate them to method of installation whilst being transparent on the limitation sealed my commitment eventually. Very glad we went ahead with it! Thank you!

Rob the owner came out to provide a quote and we found him to be very professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Rob was also not a pushy sales person which made my wife and I feel comfortable that we had time to think and compare options before proceeding. The Magnetite double-glazing that we had installed worked really well for the sound insulation and worked well for temperature insulation as well. I did find some minor issues with the install, but the team were back quickly to resolve with no issues at all. Great product and customer service. Would happily recommend!
