Came in for a full head of foils and it was a huge job and honestly could not have asked for a better job. No banding, everything blended perfectly. So unbelievably happy with my hair, 100% recommend

I went there for the first time 2 weeks ago and they did an amazing job on my hair. Highly recommend if you are looking for salon that gets how to do colours!

Unfortunately they left a junior stylist (three months into her apprenticeship) alone in the salon on a Saturday. She overheated the bottom layers straight when I requested a volumous curl. My fringe was also curled towrds my face. The stylist was defensive and emotional when I wasn't happy with my hair. I didn't pay and and emailed photos through. While offered an apology I was accused of having difficult hair. At no time did they accept responsibility for not training their staff or leaving a new member unsupervised.

Chantel did my make up for my graduation. She was so lovely and did a wonderful job. Couldn't recommend her highly enough.The salon has a cute atmosphere and is easily accessible. They have flexible opening hours too which is great.

Was a bit nervous as my hair was so damaged and dry, but the service was amazing! My hair is so much healthier.I felt so comfortable and when I didn't have a clue what I wanted, she was able to recommend and blend a perfect natural colour.I would so recommend for their knowledge, passion and help!

15 years on, Bec and the Blondie babes are still working their magic on my hair. Thanks girls for once again nailing my colour. I always have faith in leaving it up to you to decide what my hair needs and you nail it everytime. I love it.Only certain hair stylists have the expertise in styling and working with thick, curly hair like mine but you girls never disappoint. Looking forward to my Keratin treatment in a couple of weeks. Xx

This salon canceled my appointment 3 days prior to my scheduled appointment because I hadn't replied to a txt message within 12 hours.My appointment which I had been waiting for, for over 2 months was simply canceled without even a courtesy call.When I phoned the salon ( still 2 days prior to my booking) to follow up on the txt I received which said “ You longer have a appointment” I was told they have given my appointment away as they reserve the right to do so.If this is the salon's policy then yes this is my error for not reading fine print however, I am shocked at the lack of courtesy this salon has for their customers.Such a shame because good customer service isn’t hard to deliver, yet as a customer I feel unvalued and disappointed.

I booked in for a blow dry. Possibly the worst I’ve ever had. Has to direct the stylist myself…which brush to use and which direction to hold it as she was completely clueless. Blow dry did not even last until the end of my function that day ( I have very curly hair).

I made an appointment to achieve a pink balayage in my medium/darkish blonde hair. I was done by Jacqui, who's mild friendliness felt forced and it truly seemed like she wanted to get me out as soon as she could so that she could go home, despite my having booked several hours in advance.Rather than dyeing my hair herself, she suggested that she merely give it balayage highlights and I can add the pink in myself using a pink shampoo. This would have been completely fine, if it worked. I left the salon happy in pink, with the shampoo and instructions she hurriedly gave me, but despite all my efforts (including using double the amount, for double the time, and even buying the same conditioner she offhandedly recommended) I was unable to achieve what I had asked for. Nearly $400 for something that didn't work - in my unprofessional opinion I believe in her haste to leave she decided not to lighten my hair as much as was necessary, as the highlights are barely visible.If you're there for lightening, I've heard nothing but positives. But if you're looking for colour, I recommend you avoid here - all round I will not be returning to Blondie.

Jacqui has been the best hairdresser I have had in Geelong. Jacqui has assisted me to grow my hair from short to medium length as well as colouring to manage my emerging grey hair. I am so happy with the way my hair has turned out. I have been advised at times I don’t need colour or a cut so I feel that this salon is not providing services just to get my money. I can also get a very small trim for no cost. I would recommend Blondie and in particular Jacqui to anyone.
