What a beautiful space! I used to come here when Sammy (previous owner) used to run it, and it was magical. It really embraced the light with the mats facing the sun rising. Things have changed and it’s just as magical! Prue embrace the moon and the entire designer has gone darker, think dark wood, plants, gongs, sound baths. The team is one of the best in Melbourne and the variety of classes brings something unique that I haven’t seeing anywhere before. Thank you for allowing me to practice with you all.

Had a terrible experience here. It’s not a safe or inclusive space to practice yoga. I provided this feedback to staff and did not get a response. I went to a class run by a teacher who shouted, taunted and generally provided a miserable, anxiety-inducing class by demanding instead of guiding students.

Did my first class with Eliza Hilmer today and absolutely loved it. Felt grounded and at peace after. She is a sensational instructor with lots of beautiful expressions along the class that make u connect deeper with yourself and find your balance when u need it. Studio is beautiful too! All in all amazing experience :)

Gorgeous yoga studio with talented practioners - experienced in sound and flow. Liz and Eliza are particularly great. Highly recommend the Vinyasa Sunrise and Sound session!

Freshly opened 2nd TLP studio. Beautiful studio and the loveliest yoga teachers. Really extra lucky with both locations less than 4km from where I live and work as I can use the class packages at both. Location is also perfect as it's near a train station and lots of places to eat at in the area.
