iCrete Concreting

Very impressed with workmanship, and willingness to work around our family activities, to ensure a quality outcome to enhance our property.

Do not use this company for laying polished concrete. I have been trying to contact Jay for over a month about open cracks in the concrete which was laid by iCrete. They will not return any calls or messages which is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

I would definitely recommend this company, the professionalism is second to none, also I appreciated that they were always on time and kept communication flowing regularly

Icrete concreting have done several jobs around my home and WOW I am always left impressed with their work from start to finish, could not fault anything. Jay is very friendly, reliable and professional, he was always on time for quotes and jobs. Unfortunately we're ghosted by iCrete after paying the bill too early before the work was completed. The drainage was not lay correctly with gaps at the side rendering the drainage useless. You could stand on the drainage and it would sink and raise at the end. Damage was done to my existing concrete which was never fixed. My Pool fence was all scratched up from been put on the ground and the people dumped all of the dug up dirt on freshly laid stones out back (yes this part may have been mis communication, however if they saw fresh nice looking stones you would think to double check). At least when the next person came to fix the poor work they did say the concrete job was ok. Disappointing to not come and solve the issues after asking. I still have all the text messages relating to this.
