I can't fault our service that we received from the shop manager this weekend. I spontaneously went in to get a piercing, I can't remember the lovely girl's name (started with a C? Calayla? I'm really sorry I couldn't remember again) but she went beyond 5 stars with her useful aftercare information and just overall being friendly and not going through the motions of her job, I felt like I was being helped out by a good friend I'd known for ages. She also greeted every customer that came in unlike other shop attendants who just ignore anyone who walked in, that is a big plus for me in terms of customer service. As for the piercing itself it took no time at all and I actually came in again a second time the very next day, I brought a friend this time and we got pierced together by the same girl which was awesome. We're healing fine so far and sticking to the advanced cleanse spray like glue, we can't wait till next time! Thank you heaps~~

Very rude staff specifically the blonde lady, we’re trying to buy earrings and pick up some design. A rude lady told us do our own thing and let her do her own thing while not even looking at us which is very irrelevant. We are costumers and always been very good costumer of all lovisas that we entered in to buy, but this is the worst experience ever the racism is to the highest level please know your job you are in a retail industry if you treat your costumers very rudely, it will be your lost. Please do something about this, you have lots of bad reviews please stop tolerating your staff and don’t normalise this act, we are in a multicultural country, thanks.

I just bought a earring and after I realized that it was so small after opened. I did not even got out from the store. They denied to make a refund. Don't buy in a please where your rights a client are not respected.

My daughter and I paid for 2 piercings each they used a gun through cartilage both of us now have issues. I should have known better. Big lesson learnt.**DON'T DO IT** Piercing guns can not be sterilized properly. Even if a piercing gun is wiped off with an antiseptic wipe, there's still a risk of spreading diseases (think hepatitis and staph infections) after multiple use, according to the Association of Professional Piercers (APP). *read pics.

Horrible customer service !Only one staff but Had no customers @ the time and wouldn’t care to do her best .Tells me waste of time to keep chasing the price for an item without tag !and also adds saying there are other items on the store to buy on rude manner and sighs .Time of the service (10.45am)Disgusting manners ?l!These people cost a lot for the actual business .People don’t realise .Until yesterday I didn’t know your shop now I know it and what an impression left.I am making review .

Really disappointed with the service. I ordered a click and collect that was expected to come on Thursday, but didn’t arrive to Tuesday the following week. Instead of giving me the necklace they had in store, the lady said I would have to buy it, and then come in to return my click and collect. It’s absolutely stupid and makes no sense, terrible customer service and won’t be returning to this store.

Went to buy some hair accessories. The girls in this store could really learn to plaster a smile on their faces. Not good for business.

My situation as same as Amanda!!! I already took off the earring. I saw the doctor last week and I am taking antibiotics treatment......I think it is probably the gun did not completely disinfected...I am not sure the staff have piercer license...I would like to suggest people to find a safer and professional store...do not choose Lovisa any more....I hope everyone can get piercing safely
