Great communication and VERY honest. The amount we had to move vs their smallest container wouldn't suit our needs or be cost effective and they let us know that up front.

We used You Pack for our interstate move from Sydney to Toowoomba. They were so easy to deal with, great communication and very affordable. Due to the virus we ended up having to use them for storage as well, this was no problems at all and the whole experience was first rate. We cannot speak highly enough of Naomi for all her assistance and the level of professionalism she displayed throughout. Highly recommended.

So far, no show.Booked with 9 weeks notice and called a day in advance to confirm for delivery 0930AM - 1030AM, no show then called around 1100AM for an update and was told roughly an hour.Its 1228PM and we are still waiting.Will update review if experience gets better.
