Find another guy unless you want to waste your money.Same price with another guy but you will get a very rough report. Few points that I had found was obviously damaged but didn't stated on the report. The most funny thing is when I send them email and they replied that wasn't a defect and not related to the structure so they can't write it on the report. However, I had checked with another professional building inspection guy and says that it have to be stated as client should have repair it asap. Otherwise the structure will be damaged overtime. Can't feel that they really seriously checking the building but paying the same price to another guy you will get a relatively detail report. One star is given as the report is completed really quick. You can get the report just the next day as the report is really simple doesn't take much time to do.
