GARNER PLANT DELIVERY

I couldn't have asked for better service. The plant was delivered to the incorrect address - totally my fault as I hadn't updated my address book. Garner notified me, collected the plant from the incorrect address and redelivered it the following day - no grumbles at all. My advice from the recipient is that the plant is lovely. I'll definitely be using them again.

So disappointed. I ordered a few weeks back, realised the delivery was going to be early, so emailed and asked for it to go a week later. Received an email to day that would be fine. So call the recipient for their birthday and no sign of the plant. Email to follow up. Nothing. Tried the mobile number. Disconnected. Emailed again. Nothing. Left a FB message . Nothing. They took money out of my account and that's been it. Please think twice before ordering!

The simple act of delivering a plant during the Covid19 chaos enabled me to give my daughter a gift of love from Perth.Honestly, I can’t thank these guys enough.When Stage 4 Covid restrictions were announced this week, I wanted to give my daughter (who is living in Melbourne) a gift to keep her spirits up. Setting my alarm for Perth time, I rang to make sure they were still trading and spoke to Meredith. She was so helpful (despite having to adjust to the announced shutdowns herself), I then went online and made the purchase of the Little Devil. It was all so easy.Less than 2 hours later my daughter sent me a pic of her new plant – appropriately named Wilson for the isolation she was about to undertake.Thanks guys for being so AMAZING and showing why we all should support small businesses during this pandemic.

Order placed on 27/3/23 for delivery in 2-5 days. Contacted them on day 5 to find out delivery service had issues. Was offered refund or another delivery. Chose delivery as this was a birthday present to a friend. Reached out on 11/4/23 to follow up, no reply and received a refund on 14/3/23.Horrendous customer service. I live in Melbourne and ordered for Sydney. Would not recommend for any delivery services as unreliable and poor communication.

Ordered from them twice, giving their plants as gifts. Don’t know much about plants myself but the orders certainly made the recipients happy, and including custom cards was a nice touch. Also, they delivered early. Highly recommend.

Do not purchase, order not delivered, contact not available, other current reviews are all negative and have shared same experience.

In the peak of the aus post delays I managed to get this plant delivered in a 2 day window. Great service. Excellent plant and pot too!

I purchased a plant from Garner Store as a present for my sisters birthday. They were extremely helpful with providing a quick turnaround (as I left it to the last minute). We received great tips advising my how to look after the plant, which is very low maintenance. The presentation of the plant when it arrived was simply beautiful. My sister loves her new gift so much, that I purchased one for myself. Keep up the great work Garner Store. I'll be back again soon to add to my collection.
