Shelley is absolutely amazing and incredibly accomodating, I can’t recommend her enough! After rescheduling multiple times during the pandemic, she put together on short notice the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake and cookie favours! Thankyou so much!!

Belle Bakes made the cake for our wedding in March. Shelley patiently helped us perfect the design of the cake and provided us with multiple tastings. We ended up picking 2 flavours - earl grey and lemon blueberry - both flavours were delicious.

Shelley made the cake for our wedding in 2021. Shelley was super helpful, responsive and made the process easy. She was able to make our cake gluten free (red velvet and salted caramel). I sent her a picture of what we wanted and it ended up looking exactly like the pic. Price of the cake was very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Shelley made such a lovely cake for our wedding! She was really responsive to discussing the design we had in mind, and it was gorgeous. We chose lemon, which was delicious! Shelley was so accommodating and was able to get me a cake that looked exactly how I wanted and tasted delicious. I appreciate that she was able to help me as I am an overseas bride and she was so quick to respond to emails.We had a taster box which was delivered to where we were staying the first day we arrived and we picked 3 flavors for our cake which was only 5 days before the wedding. Our flavors were Chocolate Bounty, Earl grey with Lavender, and Coconut with passionfruit. All of them were delicious and the cake looked absolutely beautiful.Thank you so much Shelley! After so much research into the type of cake I was after I found Belle Bakes. The face behind Belle Bakes is Shelly and she has honestly delivered the EXACT cake I had envisaged. After seeing her work online, I decided to give her cake a trial with a sample box and both my husband and I were absolutely wowed by her craft and locked her in immediately.She has been so patient and accommodating to me with my very specific requirements and she really understood the look I was going for. We were so proud to show off her work at our reception and the compliments from our guests just keep coming!The bottom chocolate tier was always going to be brilliant, but never in a million years did I think I would opt for an Earl Grey flavoured top tier as I don't even like Earl Grey tea, but I found it amazing and it was an absolute hit with all of our guests.Thank you so much for delivering our dream cake Belle Bakes! You are truely talented!

Shelley did an amazing job of our cake. She was easy to work with from suggesting the size to designing something based simply on pictures we sent. Tasting box was a great alternative during covid. We opted for salted caramel and white chocolate which was a hit with our guests.

Shelley is amazing! And we could not recommend her highly enough! She made our 2-tier anniversary cake (50 desert serves) in 2 different flavours. It looked better than the pinterest photos I showed her I was after. The floral decoration she used were spot on too. She was very reasonably priced too, including delivery. I previously ordered some cakes last  yr for mother's day too, and they were amazing. My husband's mum and my mum were very impressed with how beautiful they were and the great flavours.Any time we have contacted Shelley, she has been very easy to deal with. Super friendly and responsive. We will definitely keep contacting her for cakes in future, 100%! Could not fault.

Shelley from Belle Bakes is so incredibly talented!! I ordered my kitchen tea cake from Shelley and it was sooooo delicious and just beautiful. It was only days before that I placed the order and Shelley made the whole process so easy. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and so prompt at responding to any emails or texts. We also ordered the same cake for our Wedding day and it was just stunning. All of our guests were raving about the cake (which lets be real no one ever raves about a wedding cake haha).We will send over some professional photos from the Wedding as soon as we receive them.Thank you so so much Shelley!
