Mark was very professional. He was prompt, completed the job exactly how and when he promised and we are very happy with the finished product.

We have used Spic N Span Solar to clean our company building's solar panels and gutters a couple times now. Mark had excellent communication and, as usual, did a fantastic job (before and after photos provided!).

We had painters come and cover our 24 solar panels and frames with overspray while painting our roof. Mark went above and beyond for us. Our solar panels have never looked so good, he even managed to remove paint from the frames. While he was on our roof he alerted us to damaged and cracked tiles that had just been painted over and repaired the gaps so we didn’t have water come in while we found a professional roof restorer. I highly recommend this company!

I called Spic N Span Solar because Pigeons live and nested under solar panels and they made so much mess and dropped dropping that stink and can smell from down below inside the house. Mark cleaned under the panels really well and washed the solar panels that he made it look like sparkling as it was in day one. I got Mark to install solar panel bird proofing to stop the Pigeons going under the solar panel which Mark did really good work on it as he took the time to installed it to make sure no birds can get in on it. I'm really happy on the finish product as it look good with bird mesh and no more noisy birds on the top of my roof. I difinitely no hesitation recommending Spic N Span as I will call him again to clean my solar panels annual cleaning.

Really happy with the service and workmanship provided by Mark. Was lucky I got him out to clean my panels as he identified that water was sitting on the panels and was able to install drainage clips. Without these the glass in my panels would have stained causing a loss of power generation and permanent damage. Would highly recommend his services. Thank you.
