These guys went above and beyond with my blinds. I have used this company for practical, budget solutions at an investment property. Then I needed options and help making a decision at my own house. Recently had the pleasure of having full house of blinds and shutters from Hunter Valley Blinds. First contact is the most important. Peter was exceptional with his knowledge of options and fantastic products, which are of the highest quality. Other outlets could not match the service, or the quality and range. He actually visited three times (25km round trip) to measure, advise, and check installations. David the installer was perfect, exactly what we wanted. A clearly very inexperienced person visited my house to quote some blinds and appeared to have no idea what the best type of blinds would be for my situation. She then told me several times that she would email me the quote that afternoon however it never arrived (and yes I did check my junk mail). I'm not bothering to call them to enquire about my quote as I wasn't impressed with the service anyway and there are plenty more competent blinds companies out there to choose from

I've found as a suppler of blinds that Hunter Valley Blinds have always been responsive, great communicators with fantastic selection and choice of solutions for blinds and shutters. They are great with reminders and followups on quotes and having 'in house' installers and manufacturing it makes it a 'one stop' shop for all your window covering needs. The staff are friendly and helpful, thank you, if I could give you 10 stars I would. Great job all.

Never leave reviews but for safety purposes I feel compelled to do this one. During blind instillation the young guys doing the job not only bits of left plastic around on all levels of our home but left screws on our floor. Sure a bit of dust from the drilling into the walls is acceptable but to leave nails sprawled out under the windowsills that you can physically pick up is just lazy and disrespectful. Paid people to install blinds not to leave nails and plastic on floors of someone’s home. Wouldn’t recommend!!!

Not very happy today (Saturday early morning) to find the shutter failed down for the patio door for the upper level veranda and Hunter Valley Blinds don't have anyone available to fix anything until Monday. So no access at all to veranda.How can a company who sells security products not have someone on call??

We were very happy with the external shutters to our rear verandah. They have given the area a whole new modern look as well as being practical. Service by Hunter Valley Blinds was excellent as was the installation. Would certainly recommend this company.

I would like to thank Sonia F for time and patients in navigating with my wife the blinds and fabric for our home her attention to detail and colour matching was excellent. Straight forward measure up. Good colour selection.Price for 8 normal and 1 bay window vertices $1580. 30% deposit and payment required ON installation - they were very quick to chase up payment as I didn't know it was due on install. 2 windows couldn't be installed as I'm renovating but still charged same price for less work. Looks good once in.Addit: weight in blinds not heavy enough, blow around like crazy with window open even with the lightest breeze...
