Six stars. Excellent service, run by a fantastic bunch of people who will listen to you and go above and beyond to help you. David kept me informed, gave me a lot of options of what to do with my car and explained every step they’re going to take. Everything was very professional, well organised, fast and absolutely transparent - this kind of service is such a rare thing these days. I can’t recommend David and his team high enough.

Trustworthy , reliable and prompt service. They explain and recommend cost-effective options for you.My dealership mechanic simply said I needed a part replacement at $1.5k and gave me a photo of the part as a proof (lol). I said no thanks and took my car to the guys at Brumby who did thorough checking and testing and showed me evidence concluding that the part was performing Ok and didn't need replacement. Thanks guys!

Brumby motors diagnosed some serious issues with our 2009 Holden Astra. They fixed everything, kept us well informed and included us in the restoration what we had to do vs what we needed to do! The service was outstanding and I would highly recommend the mechanics at brumby motors

If someone would ask me 6months ago, I would probably say that this is the best service in NSW,but... The team has changed.I serviced my two cars in Brumby Motors - always trusted the guys that worked there. About two months ago I went there again to do the pink slip (I bought another car a week before).After I arrived, I realized that I don't know anyone there,shame,but that was not the worse.After short conversation and really short look of my car (without lifting etc) one of the guys said that my rare brakes are completely gone and I need a new set, maybe at the front too. He said that I should drop off the car next day for the repair.Well... that car had annual service 14 days before,but the guy didn't know that. Everything was fine with the brakes.Since then, I went to two different mechanics - each of them said that the brakes are fine and have heaps of time before replacing.For me, the most important thing in car service is trust to the person - I don't trust new employees in Brumpy Motors.

Went to this shop the first time today to replace all 4 run flat types for my car, David and team are very friendly and professional, service is done perfectly, will definitely go back and recommend them to anyone I know.thanks David for you very helpful advice about maintaining my car as well!
