Great mechanic! My car was making funny noises and the other mechanics I visited could not figure it out, but John diagnosed the problem straight away. He is trustworthy, reliable and has excellent customer service. Never had a bad experience coming here. Definitely will be a return customer for all my future car servicing.

What's professional service these days? Came in to check why brakes were soft & had brake fluids replaced charged $350 is that a fair price? When the job shd be about $150-$180. Few months later brakes were still leaking fluid. Enter at your own RISK.

Was told that my transmission issues were due to spark plugs (which was replaced not long before the service), he replaced the spark plugs then 6 months later when I came back here for a service he said the spark plugs needed replacing again. Iridium spark plugs should last 100000kms, not 1000kms... Transmission issues were never fixed, had to go elsewhere and turns out the transmission fluid was completely black and had been this way for quite a while. He obviously never checked the transmission fluid, or just completely ignored the fact it was due for drain and refill, so now I have permanent issues with the clutch which will cost even more to fix.Every time a car is serviced, it should have the oil changed and the tyres checked if they need to be pumped. This was not done every service. My tyres were very low, I didn't tell them to see if they would notice during the service, they did not say anything and they did not pump them up.If you want a mechanic who gives you the correct information about what has been fixed, services your car properly, and informs you what's wrong with the car BEFORE replacing anything and charging money for it, look elsewhere.
