I want to extend my sincerest thanks and appreciation to the kind and wonderful NATALIE who is not only an epitome of professionalism and customer service, but is also a very good example of how to deal with customers whose purchase item(s) can be sometimes challenging and time consuming.NATALIE just didn’t give up when one register didn’t recognise 3 of my purchases but she tried 3 DIFFERENT CASH REGISTERS, all the time reassuring me kindly that she’s there to help.I had previous experiences similar to today’s incident and the stony facial expressions and negative body language I’ve copped from the attending retail officers made me very embarrassed and humiliated, but NOT NATALIE.She was very emphatic and reassuring on my predicament, and once she knew that some of those purchases were for birthday presents, she put them in individual Mecca bags instead of lumping them together in one bag, hence solving my problem of wrapping those items individually!Thank you so much NATALIE for what you’be done today ❤️ Please know that I really appreciate all your help and kindness. YOU are a WONDERFUL ASSET in your workplace and I’m sure you’ll shine wherever you are ☺️

This location has moderately good staff, however their range is very limited and some of the products were interesting choices considering this. Given their location in the Myer store, they do have limited space, but some beauty favourites are missing from their range. Often times the staff will end up suggesting that you visit the full Mecca Maxima in the Queen St Mall, which has the full range of products

Hey I didn't actually know where to do this- so I've just decided to post it everywhere I'm able. In your Brisbane city Myer store you have two amazing customer service and make up advisory staff members. Sandra and Anna. I seldom buy make up and even less go into Myer... I normally find it too shiny for my grungy metal self. But those two girls made me feel incredibly comfortable, and were incredibly helpful despite my obvious discomfort. They are staff members worth hanging on to and deserve all rewards available to them. I'll be posting this/sending this to everything possible in hopes that the higher ups of the company see this. I will definitely be back :)

Lucy was amazing, and her makeup lasted all night through a outdoor summer event. ❤

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They didn't have one item I wanted and phoned around, and then organised free delivery. Fantastic service :)

Georgia assisted me with ensuring I picked the right foundation shade when another Mecca store was missing the tester and had sold out of that shade. She was so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

I wasn't dressed well in the heat and while several ladies markedly turned away, 2 lovely ladies went to great efforts to help me and 3 others were half hearted. Thank you Myers.

Mecca is very lucky to have Lucy as an employee. I've visited Mecca Myer on a Thursday morning as I had a last-minute work function to attend, and her costumer service was outstanding. She went above and beyond to assist me with a quick make over, and found the exact foundation to match my skin, even giving me a sample to take home with a cute card. She had a big smile on her face and didn't put any pressure to purchase products as I was in a rush. I'll definitely return very soon for some shopping. Shout out to Lucy!!!
