My go to car wash place in the city.For $30 you get exterior wash and it shines like a brand new car again.For $50 inside out the carpet is so clean and the guy at the shop even organised my trash away for me.Very good.

The quality of the car wash almost makes up for the bad attitude of the guy in the green shirt (I assume he's the manager). Would've been 5 stars if not for his we're-too-busy-so-pay-for-extra-parking-time-or-piss-off attitude when he made an assumption that I wouldn't want to pay or wait, as soon as he greeted me.

I went to the Leichhardt one today car wasn't washed just brush clean.When I asked about the car not been washed and my disappointment of the finishing product the lady started to make excuses.I requested a refund she refused and started to be abusive I then just left as I was not going to get a refund.She is volatile and abusive to customers. I feel sorry for her employeesI could see the fear in their eyes as I was leaving.I have also made a post on FB to Leichhardt Market place on my experience in the centre.Wasted $45.50I then when to star car wash at Ashfield Mall and told them about my experience they also said the car was not washed. They looked after me thank you STAR CAR WASH ASHFEILD$35 best spent

Car wash was okay. They didn't listen, I wanted outside wash only. And they charged me for inside and out. Please check your receipt. Cost me an extra $30 on top. Wasn't impressed.

Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever been to. Left the car there for 3 hours and come back to my car probably not even being vacuumed, dirty from outside.. will never go back to these guys.

The price increased from $60 to $70 for in and out. Then my car wasn't touched. Only front and middle seat passengers carpet. The guy THREW the rubbish to the boot of the car. The sands at the back totally not cleaned. The wheels not polished.This is my 3rd time using their service. The 1st was amazing. The 2nd, I could see there was declining services but I still tried to positive thinking. The 3rd time, the worst!

We stayed in Darling Harbour overnight and Bryan at Platinum really looked after us, cleaning our car first thing today. He is very friendly and did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of our car - all for $65, including parking - which would have been $84 on its own. A no-brainer.

I could barely give this place one star. I have been a few times and it's hit and miss at best. Sometimes my car looks amazing, sometimes I might as well have sprayed it with a garden hose. Just picked it up and it was still filthy and streaky. Even my windscreen was streaky. Inside had barely been vacuumed and there was still dust etc on the dash.Just like other customers I got excuses about the car being excessively dirty. And when I argued that if this was the case then she could have mentioned it prior and I would have asked for a different clean - incidentally my car wasn't that dirty! She lied and said she had... an outright lie. The lady continued to be rude and when I said it would be the last time I used her business she said Good!".A rude

Yesterday I took my car here paid $65 for inside and outside wash while two hours free parking. The place is a carpark so very dark. When I go out daylight showed they did not wash the wheels still dusty no shiny tyres? After paying all that much. Today I brought my car back paid $40 for outside wash again and let him know that yesterday was the wheels had issue he wasn’t welcoming… not a fav one for sure

Don’t know how anyone can trust this place with their car……Out of all the parking spaces available, the staff decided to park the car in a narrow parking space and reversed over the kerb.He didn’t mention anything when we went to pick car up but luckily we noticed how the rear bumper was parked over kerb so we confronted him……He then insisted that he didn’t do anything wrong and that the rear bumper wouldn’t be damaged when driving off then proceeded with showing us how……. Not surprisingly, the rear bumper got ripped out of the place…….Refused to apologise, he then claimed that “it’s not a big deal cos the insurance would take care of it” and that “the car was not damaged cos it’s still drivable”……After we asked him to contact the insurance on the spot, he showed us the phone number of the “owner” then just left…….Admitting that the incident took place but denying the car was “damaged”, the owner refused to pay for us to get the car checked at an authorised workshop. “Let’s resolved it via insurance” he said, but as the result we will have to pay a higher premium even though we were not at fault, not to mention all the work and stress with claiming insurances……..Avoid this place at all costs…….
