Rory and his team were absolutely incredible to say the very least. Especially in this COVID world we live in and having a newborn we had asked him and his team if they could take a COVID test before they came and they did without questioning. Not only this they had arrived on time in the morning to the job and had completed my two split system supply and installation in record time with going the extra mile as I had asked him if he could cover the cords that go to the outside unit with something. He had creatively got a part from his van that fit perfectly and checking with me to see how it looks.We had also asked if he could put the outdoor units in specific places on the outside of the home and he was able to do them with ease. He also made sure they had enough room and was on a flat surface with the wiring capped so water cannot get through on rainy days.On his way out we had asked him about our existing refrigerated cooling in the home and he said what needs to be looked at and also had said that the sound of it did not sound right and found the issue which was the filter and after I had cleaned it sounds silent again! Talk about going the extra mile!Overall, would definitely use Rory and his team again and if you are looking for any type of heating and cooling enquire asap! hehe he is amazing.
