Dropped in recently to pickup a small tool for a domestic painting job. Premises are impeccably clean and the equipment worked beautifully. Two clerks on duty - the young fellow was friendly and helpful. The dark haired heavy girl was a different matter - she clearly needs customer training. Brusque to the point of being rude and had a problem with addressing me to my face. Snapped back a retort rather than an answer to a question. If she is on next time I’ll be driving through with a wave. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER FOR your own business’s sake - you are the only hire business in Hastings and we need you to stay.
