Went in today to buy the Bay Rum advertised on their website. There was one customer (browsing) being followed around by the only staff member present. I walked over to the counter, and the staff member actually turned her back on me and continued watching the browsing customer, ignoring me. Eventually I said Are you working here?" and she then turned around and said "Yes" with a sour face. "I'm looking for the Bay Rum

Best place to get great advice. Lien spent 20 mins going through all the different types of Phillips toothbrush - and was very patient and knowledgeable. Best service I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend the staff here to take you through all the confusing options.

I've been shopping in shaver shop many times with average experience but this branch give me different experience.I was looking for GHD helios with specific color as my wife request, a salesperson named Niya V (state on invoice) was helping and explaining me in details. She willing to going back to check the stock and color few times and showed me the differences as I didn't understand about this product. She showed a professionalism.

Very unhelpful and very unprofessional staff. Made my life so difficult for what head office explains to be so simple. Wouldn't return my products in the box not opened after I researched the braun series 5 shaver I realised this shaver was not what I was after. Terrible service never would I step a good back into this store again. East Gardens did do my return after many attempts and phone calls what a nightmare.

I've been to Broadway shopping center for the first time since June today, and the shop assistant (tall young girl) ruined my day. She was super rude and not knowledgeable at all. I used to like shopping in this shop but I won't go back. Maybe it is a better idea that you know want you want before you go to the shop.

Popped in right on opening time at 10am on Father's Day. Wasn't entirely sure of the product I was trying to find however when I described it to the sales assistant who served me, he knew what I was looking for straight away. The young gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me choose the perfect product. He even upsold me a can of spray oil specifically for upkeep of the shaver, and I had no hesitations in adding it to my purchase on his recommendation. I picked up my purchase and was out of there in a jiffy. A refreshing shopping experience and worthy of a great review. Thank you!
