Jane from Integrated Health GW is an awesome Physio who fixed my back up following very major injury - including extensive use of reformer pilates - One of Jane's specialisations is in treating discogenic back pain and I cannot thank her enough for her excellent care - gone from barely being able to walk up the stairs to completely mobile and back to normal! Jane also recently fixed up my elbow very effectively!

Best physiotherapists in Melbourne! Always a great experience coming here, Jane is my go-to physio and she did an excellent job treating my hamstring tendinopathy and providing advice on what strength exercises I need to keep it in check. The desk staff are always wonderful and friendly as well.

I was referred by my GP to integrated health. I was attended Colin who spared no time to rectify my health issues. Time was never an issue and will take his time till I get it write.The staff ,the reminders were all very helpful. Highly recommended

went there for my knee pain after playing sports. had about 3-4 sessions for assessment and treatment. I felt that the phyiso I saw lacked experiences in diagnosis and every time just gave me exercises to do but couldn't tell me where my pain was coming from, and in hindsight that was really bad way of treating patients. He didn't recommend me to have any scans. Also I was given the impression that let's make a few dollars first before investigating what the real issue was. so I'm very disappointed in my experience and woundnt go back to this particular physio. Assessment/diagnosis is always the most important task. many sports injuries in young adults won't heal on its own and often need surgery. Even symptoms go away after physio exercises, it's not physiotherapy worked rather its time and away from sports relieve the knee symptoms. but the original damage is still there. so be careful!

Jane has been my physiotherapist for over 10 years! Initially to correct my lower back pain due to posture, and from then it's one-one pilates sessions to maintain/strengthen my core. I dare say that's the fittest I had ever been. Highly recommend Jane, not only is she skilled in her profession, but also friendly and caring!

Dr Harminder was very good. My feet look and feel so much better, even took them for a test drive, an hour walk straight after appointment. No more pain . I would highly recommend Harminder if you have any issues with your feet. Will definitely be back

A big thanks for Harminder. After I put the new insoles in my shoes. My life is back to normal and I almost forget what was wrong with me. This time I also learned how to choose shoes that suit me and how to exercise to strengthen my foot . Harminder is so patient. I am really lucky to meet him.

Today is 23/02/2022, my wife is taking X-rays on the first floor today, she is not feeling well, so I have to take her into the building. As I couldn't find a parking spot for patient, and her appointment time is reach. so I parked at Integrated Health Staff space. There was very limited carapace for patient as well. I went upstairs and come back takes me about 2mins. When I am back, I was plan to drive my car away, and park a far spot wait for my wife. But as I entered the parking lot, I saw a male employee at Integrated Health deflating my car's tires. First of all, I admit my mistake, I shouldn't park my car at Staff Only, but as a client of this building, there was so limited parking space here, my wife is not feeling well, I need to bring her upstairs. This Integrated Health guy was deflating my car tire, and this is a life risking behavior. I live in city, and I need to drive at 80km/h or even 100km/h on the highway on my way home. If I wasn’t noticed, this could cause serious car accidents!!!I hope everyone who comes to this clinic will pay attention. Other agencies in this building are very friendly, but only Integrated Health is not!! Maybe they do not have much business at all, therefore someone can always be downstairs to see if their staff parking is used, and give Someone else's a flat tire.ps: This is an Asian male employee who can speak Mandarin.

Saw Kevin a couple of times for a knee injury. I tried to book Carly based on reviews but she’s no longer there. I’m a bit skeptical of physios given past experience but Kevin was great. Very gentle and softly spoken. Was careful and considered when checking out the painful joint. Good to find a good physio in the local area. Would give him 5 stars but the receptionist pretty abrupt and not very friendly.
