I've bought a Milwaukee M18 electric drill used for 4 months and it stopped working. Took it back for warranty repair and they said it'll be ready in 2-3 weeks it's been almost two months now still haven't got the tool back. Been to the store to enquire about it surprisingly they have received the parts for the repair the very same day and apparently which are wrong parts. To sum up It's a great store with variety of tools but when it come to warranty repair it is really disappointing :(

Good range. Competitive prices to bunnings. Some knowledgeable people but hit/miss. Website is very inaccurate, both in what they have and what they're out of.

Staff are always hard to find in the shop and can be very unhelpful. They never seem to have a good range of hand tools always empty stock pegs on racks.They definitely don’t cover all trades in this shop. It’s a bit disappointing when they are the main tool shop for Albury wodonga.

Some staff I found to be very rude and unprofessional. Asking for help seems to be such an inconvenience for some staff. I have always disliked having to go here as I feel uncomfortable every time I go in. Fingers crossed Sydney Tools comes to the border sometime soon. I've spent thousands of dollars with total tools however this will be my last visit. There is a reason why this store has a poor reputation around town.

I attended this store with the intention of spending about $1300 on a mitre saw but instead I meet the rudest and most unprofessional staff member I have ever encountered. He was unable to answer any questions about the saws on display and in fact stated I'm not a builder"."

I don't know what happened to this place. When this was on hume street you had more than 1 person offering assistance. But once they moved here all that went out the window. I wanted an item worth about $3500. But I couldn't get any help lol talk about invisible...seems I was a ghost, not seen at all. Disappearing to another tool store, never to return.

I wrote a review earlier and the review was direct to the point were it gave a 1 star rating, but the rating should have gone to the Total Tools Tullamarine online store and not the Albury store.The Tullamarine online store created a situation that was frustrating for all to fix except for the Albury Store.The Albury store deserves the full 5 star rating, The Albury store had the item that I needed in stock and the sales rep Heath I could not fault.
