I went yesterday and I am very unsatisfied with the outcome. I have formal today and I look like an angry bird and Kim Jong Un and now I’m getting bullied by my classmates. I asked for my hair to be slightly trimmed but they shaved and cut almost everything off so now I’m stuck with almost a buzz cut.

Run by completely un professional people.3 months ago went there did hair cur. Worst ever hair cut. Decided to no go there again.Last week i was in hury and thought give them another chance. Came back home and did trimming by my self.Decided not to go next time these unprofessional people.

You don’t just wash the hair with shampoo and conditioner and charge $30 if someone has come for a hair treatment. Specifically Booked the appointment for hair treatment not for wash and dry. I go to other salons for treatment every month and this is definitely not how you do the treatment. Please get her to take some training and the long long nails hurts.

Although the store has only been open for a short time I’ve been getting my hair cut by the manager for years. Han is an impeccable barber. He is very friendly and always has a chat with you to give the experience a personal touch.Although I normally only get my hair cut by Han, he has an incredible team and only hires the best if he isn’t available I would trust anyone in that store to cut my hair.They do incredible fades for men but they also look after women as well. Both my partner and mother have attended the store and it is now their regular spot now.I can not rave about the quality and friendliness more of this shop. 10/10
