The service was done fast, the tyres looked good. However I strongly disliked how the person was gaslighting me because I requested that before doing anything to give me a price and after giving the price and me cancelling certain services they reply its too late because they already started. It was such a long hot day and I didn't have the energy to hassle and argue with someone trying to gaslight me through the phone to seem like their on the right.The scenario went like this. I put my car in to service and check up some issues and I requested a quote for all of them. The guy said they need to check it first and I specifically requested do not do anything without giving me a quote because I was on a budget. I get a call saying 4 different must do services was going to cost me a certain amount. I asked give me 5 minutes to confirm which services I can afford. I called back and requested to cancel the services and change the tyres only but they said they already started a while back. And that was annoying because I specifically said I wanted to know the price before doing anything.Thereafter when I mentioned the service price I paid last time I was here ( somewhere around last year) was much lower the person on the line cut me off saying no one in sydney does it for that price and if they do they put cheap oil in your car. Honestly I was just too tired to talk to this dude that felt like didn't want me to say no to any of the services and just gaslighted me so that I'd have no choice but to pay for most of it.Honestly so disappointed and annoyed because I enjoyed this location before with the kind friendly genuine staff, was not expecting this kind of subtle sleazy stuff. I probably won't go again.

Been going there for 4 years and have had no issues in the past. I've recommended this place to family and friends. However I came in for a pink slip and after spending less than 1 min with my car decides the tint is too dark (even though it was ordered as 35% VLT all round except windscreen and has passed every time I've brought the car there for a pink slip). Perhaps he was having a bad day and decide to take it out on a customer. Or that pink slips aren't good for business KPIs. What do you want me to do about it?" Don't be that guy. I've now had it done elsewhere with no complaints. Sorry I don't think I'll be back again."

The boys at Direct Tyre Sales looked after me, my VY SS had staggered rims with odd ball rear rims the boys ordered them and withing 3 hours the tyres were delivered, balanced fitted and aligned all at a great price. I highly recommend them and their great service! Cheers!

So rude!!Was close to them when I had a flat tyre, so passed by and without even checking my tire, they went no can’t be fixed you need a new tire. I told them at least fix it so I can drive home and will buy a new one since they don’t have my brand. The guy in the store got angry and started yelling at me!!Am glad they didn’t have my brand coz I went to 3 other places and they all said yes can be fixed including brands that I trust.Customer service: ZERO!

Absolutely excellent service, very quick and accommodating, and never tried to upsell on anything, so it ended up being very cheap! Really nice guy doing my car, and he took it from handing over keys, did all the work and handed them back to me with a full explanation of what he'd done, so no issues with 3rd hand talk etc. Would recommend any time.
