Being overweight and just getting back into regular cycling exercise after a very long drought, I quickly found I needed some relief to some pain I was experiencing.I did some googling, and booked a session with Sue @ Vita and it was like an awakening experience. Sue was amazing as she worked on my back and legs, she quickly found tight stubborn sore points that seemed to melt away during the session.Sue is a very lovely, professional and skillful masseuse, who seems to blend amazing strength with a smooth application, it was just simply amazing. Sue from Vita Massage is absolutely amazing! I have suffered with chronic headaches from years of sitting in front of a work computer. After some sessions with Sue my headaches are a lot less frequent and severe. She even gave me tips to help with my posture. Highly recommend this place!

Had an excellent massage from Sue recently. She ran through a thorough pre-treatment questionnaire, and was able to hone in on my troubling scapular and trapezium issues. In difference to other opinion, I believe Shiva" the "welcoming committee" is a well mannered

Sue was recommended to me by a work colleague when he'd noticed my back pain.I'd been suffering constant mid-back pain for months and it had become distracting and restrictive. I’d tried many therapies including Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Chiropractic and none had proved to be more than short-term relief. Sue’s treatments have resulted in a total absence of back pain. I’m very happy with the result.I found Sue to be knowledgeable and effective with a professional and comfortable style and would recommend her treatments to anyone looking for relief.

Hi have suffered from pain in my left shoulder for the past couple of weeks. An injury from weight lifting. I have also had some lower back pain. I attended Vita Massage a few times and had a massage from Sue.I highly recommend Sue to anybody that needs a good remedial or relaxation massage. After just one session my lower back pain felt much better and after only 2 sessions my shoulder pain has all but disappeared. I'm really happy with the results and never expected to get results so quickly. Very good pricing also.I found Sue to be very professional and competent in her work.Highly recommend.Kevin Whelan
