Constantly turned away. Reception staff unhelpful. Just say to call back in 6 months don’t offer any other assistance for locals.

A week to get in, receptionist didn't ask if it was impotent. I said my meds were playing up, but still told me that's the earliest. Looking for a new dr now. 2 drs therefore good.

I used to love this doctors, especially Dr Jade Kwon. Now reception is nasty from the second they answer, speak down to people on the phone, abuse and even accuse people of being a previous caller on the phone when they have no idea what reception is on about. It takes weeks to get into a doctor, can never see your own doctor and they see no issue with throwing you in with a random doctor you do not know. I was threatened by staff today and have now removed my family from the practice and will be finding a new one. Which is horrible as I have mental health issues, a brain tumour aswell as other issues and Dr Kwon is the only doctor my children have seen and that my husband is comfortable speaking to. The doctors are amazing, the receptionist take everything away from that.

Great doctors. Good staff. Bulk billing doctors. Great to have after hours service on a weekend and early morning appointments. Convenience of having the chemist and pathology all there also. The kids were really well looked after there if they were ever sick and had follow up phone calls from them for various results and follow up appointments requested by the doctor to make sure they were getting better.

Great doctors at the practise, friendly reception staff who are willing to answer questions and help you out where they can. Bulk billing practise also.Great that they have the fever clinic outside still also, so that you can drivethrough see a doctor if you have any cold and flu symptoms.... which means you still see a doctor in person.

Clean, friendly, plenty of doctors. Good pharmacy and services. What more could you ask? I believe as at oct 2022 they are not taking more patients

Good practice. Great docs and easy to get an appointment compared to town.Wife hurt herself so took her in and seems better. Had to do own dishes so not fully healed yet. (I'm joking please don't hurt me!! But if you do I'll be coming here)

Exceptional service. When to Dr at respiratory clinic, covid test, and drive up chemist.So unbelievably organised, and efficient.Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making the process stress free and quick. Your doing an awesome job!!!

The doctors/registered nurses and even Clerical persons here are not only professional, they have empathy, a rare quality. I have never in my life received such caring professional service, even feel like a person, and they don't hurry you out the door, They LISTEN another rare quality. They only get better, as the services offered to aid my ailments is incredible, I love this medical centre, and would highly recommend them. 5 stars.
