Sales staff were very helpful.The carpet we bought 2 years ago is Still in perfect condition even though we have 2 dogs!The carpet we bought was expensive but excellent under foot and so far seems built to last.

Offered us the best deal, competing with 3 other companies. Installers were also excellent. I found Paul to be a very honest person and I can highly recommend McLeay Carpets. Extremely happy with the finished products.

The good: genuine attempt to keep costs lowThe bad: While done with the best intentions, recommendations were incompetent and would have resulted in an unsatisfactory installation. Staff are dismissive of legitimate customer concerns so continuous improvement is unlikely.Would I go back: maybe for a very small job that I wanted done on the cheap, but only reluctantly. Seems they are still trading off some good advertising done years ago.
