To the team at Apple, Thank you so much for your service this past weekend. My brand new IPhone 14 Pro Max, which I only had for 15 days broke. The Face ID, front camera and rear cameras stopped working. After dealing with the unhelpful team at Telstra, Apple were able to find a quick solution to the Lemon phone. Gabi, Teresa and the manager whose name I couldn’t recall, Thank you! Amazing service.

Really supportive staff I have one appointment but they fixed my three issues in same time frame

Lots of very weird staff. Many were very clearly not interested. Some avoided eye contact to the point it was comical. Most were ok. (Visited a 2nd time a couple of weeks later. Was advised to research the products ourselves on Youtube. Attended to by 2 staff who were fairly clueless. Staff stood around in groups of 5 or 6 chatting, was difficult to get service.) The products were all over priced and extremely underpowered in comparison to other brands and Apple products are only supported for a relatively limited period meaning you are essentially renting the product until Apple begins to brick it in a couple of years.

Purchased a new iPhone with a trade as agreed, took the trade phone in 5 days later (as agreed) once I'd transferred data, and the trade price was not upheld, it was in fact about 60%less. Was not treated very well regarding this, in fact I felt I was being belittled. The Manager was not interested in the trade I'd been offered

After waiting for service I approached one of the half dozen people standing around literally doing nothing or chatting amongst themselves. I wanted to purchase a few different items that cost upwards of $250. The young man I approached said that he couldn’t help me as he was in a different team. I signalled to another person who asked what I wanted. As I started to tell him the original fellow came over and said “She wants to buy something, but no one is available” The second person disappeared as the first one says that no one is available and I need be made a position in the queue. I said no that was unacceptable and he said “Fair enough, your choice” and walked away. I walked past even more staff members alone and just looking at their tablets as I left to go next door to JB hifi where I bought what I wanted with a lot of help and service. I won’t be going back to Apple Brisbane

Just don’t bother.If you know what you want to buy, there are multitudes of online shops that will appreciate your custom far more. Definitely don’t go here and expect a pleasant in store shopping experience. The process (as we’ve experienced it twice now) is set up to actively discourage in store shopping. You will be shunted into a corner (supposedly for 10-20, but really 30+ minutes) to watch lots of groups of staff stand around doors and walls. I mean I know everyone has the right to a social friendly work environment, so I won’t make assumptions about what they were doing, I’ll just stick to the fact that none of the dozen staff we counted as dedicated door greeters and wall leaners, could apparently sell us phones and iPads.

Apple and their committed staff completed exceeded my expectations yesterday. I was blown away with their customer service and also their AppleCare+ policies. My brand new 14 pro max was practically ruined from multiple drops. When I went to pick it up, they handed me, what looked like, a brand new phone. And it only cost $45!!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I’m so grateful. What an incredible service to offer. THANK YOU!!!!

HelloI bought my Apple iPhone 13 a year and a half ago and a lovely agent, Teresa assisted me then. Today I popped in and was met by a young girl who was made to question me ( through a series of questionnaires from her tablet) before I could even talk to anyone. Very annoying for her and for me. I felt interrogated.However after waiting around for a while, to my absolute surprise and delight, I was wonderfully and warmly welcomed by Teresa again. I told her I was there to purchase a pack of AirTags and she set everything up for me. I appreciated her genuine and sincere friendliness and exceptional customer service. We need more “Teresas “ Thank you.

Visited this store to purchase a gift, none of the staff served or even greeted me. I approached one of the staff and he wasn’t really interested in helping me with my purchase. Store was clean and presentable though.
