Toowoomba Diagnostic Imaging

I was referred here by my doctor several months ago. The reception staff were extremely kind and compassionate, however the young lady sonographer could use a strong lesson in professionalism and patient-centred care. I was required to have a post-miscarriage ultrasound. The sonographer stated to my husband and I, that she didn’t see the point of checking for infection etc., post-miscarriage and asked why I was even bothering to have the test because there was no point, there’d be nothing to see if I’d had a miscarriage. She reluctantly conducted the required test, making snide comments the whole time. As you might imagine, at that time, such lack of professionalism was not what I should have encountered. I sincerely hope other grieving couples do not have the displeasure of an ultrasound encounter with this woman who obviously does not know her role within the system of health care providers. If I knew her name, I’d contact AHPRA and make a formal complaint as this was completely inappropriate behaviour.

I had to get done an ultrasound. The lady who did it was professional, very kind, friendly, polite and speaks very softly and nicely. Whenever I had to get done an ultrasound, I definitely go to her.

Told my doctor that I Would prefer to die than going back and went to another practice to have my follow up scanning.

Called up and got an appointment straight away. Staff were extremely helpful. In and out within 15min. I will definitely come come back here if any scans are required. They are happy to assist you and work with you for appointments. That sure was an awesome experience. Thank you for your prompt and professional service.

First time did my scanning here.. Just rang, made an appointment , and I was taken through without any delay.I found all the staff very professional also the receptionist who arranged my appointment and scanning ,(dont remember her name)very friendly and caring..definitely rate the place highly, for their service..

Received an appointment the same day I phoned while everywhere else in town had a 2+ week wait! From now on this will be the only place in town I take myself and family. Fantastic customer service and 100% recommend.

Exorbitant pricing for imaging that is free at numerous centres in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. Even the other local imaging people (Darling Downs Radiology) is a fraction of the price. Rip off merchants!

From the time you enter the business house, the staff and the front are happy and extremely patient and helpful. The medical staff are awesome. Could not be a better facility.
