pretty average. Very good at following instructions. Not the one you go to if you want to make your car better. If you car is a troublesome model, they couldn't make it better. I got a old car with uncovered rockets, and is know to have a bad diff when it first released. They just wouldn't fit a better component in, they would recondition the components, but what is the point of fixing something which is already bad to begin with? The price is still pretty average. and this review is pretty average.

I have had my car serviced here multiple times over the years. Recently my car was overdue for a service and the guys were able to complete and also suggest things that I should get checked at a later date. The courtesy car is always very much appreciated also

Have been going to ASK for the last 10 years , have never had an issue with the service or the price. Darren always phones me to get authorization for repairs I have recommended him to the rest of the family and received the same feedback. Highly recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They will try to make you pay for repairs you do not require. They failed a roadworthy assessment based on sandblasting that was so difficult to see that the inspector had to shine a torch onto a small area on the windscreen. He then stated I needed to replace the whole windscreen which was going to cost an additional $245. When I questioned him about the sandblasting as it is no longer a reason for rejecting a roadworthy certificate according to VicRoads given it does not impair the drivers vision, his response was Well

New Customers Beware. These guys might be the best mechanics in their own right and claim. But you will be getting 1980's customer service and outdated management methods. Let alone a very cold front thats worse than an Antarctic southerly blowing upwards.Its clear that the customer is not important. The guy who sits at the reception with the glasses who seems to be the owners, is way too self absorbed to even consider inconveniences for the customer.Im mainly putting the time and energy into this review, not just to warn other customers who are time poor and want results fast and with quality; but also so these guys can snap out of their self absorbed reality. Its called: cognitive tunnelling.I spoke to the auto electrician at around 4PM to get a quote on getting a wiring harness installed on my 4WD. I needed an indication quick as I run a business too. He said to be there before 4:30 pm as they close by then. On google it says 5:30PM. I raced down and got there at 4:20. The guy on reception seemed dis interested. Said that the auto electrician had gone out to pick someone up, and would be around 20 minutes in coming back. it was very short and abrupt. Its like they were not interested.I pointed out the inconvenience factor and being stuffed around. I was given no kindness at all, not even: I so sorry about the mix up, please have a coffee and grab a seat. OR We are so sorry for the inconvenience, is it possible to come back tomorrow, and this has been a mix up.The appointment was clearly made and indication given. Imagine if you made an appointment to see a doctor and turned up and were told: the doctors gone. Or made an appointment with another service provider and told that they are not there.NO.. they are right and in their own little world, and the customer is expendable. No wonder so many people who are automotive customers get messed around. Its clear businesses like this are way behind the times and really bear no responsibility to keep up with the times.No apology even. Just a: bad luck. So if your a new customer, do not even bother as too many things can go wrong.Its most likely they will also charge you exorbitant amounts of money and put no effort or assistance to get you the best or most cost effective solution, because they are only interested in themselves.

Really disappointed! I took my car in for a service (which was working fine), less than 24 hours later it started chugging (like it does just before a car stalls). I also noticed coolant fluid leaking from the car, turns out there was a hole in the water pump. Trusted and skilled mechanics and auto elec, great service quick turnaround, advice and and reasonable price (eg. alternator replacement for my Subaru a few years back was a fraction of the cost of dealership quote and and its still going strong). Have been bringing our cars here for 15 years. Cheers Darren & co keep up the good work

The service is always perfect whenever I have come here. I have had my car serviced here for years now and I know I can always rely on the mechanics who work here to ensure my car gets back to me on time, every time. The guy who works at the front desk is always efficient at serving me and offering me refreshments. I would highly recommend this business as they are trustworthy, reliable and efficient and the staff are always friendly.
