Chemist Warehouse Sandy Bay

Great service, compact but still have plenty of bargains.

Found the pharmacists to be very friendly when I quickly stopped in while on holiday for some medical supplies :)

If I could give this Chemist zero stars I would. The staff were lovely and very attentive, but the head pharmacist ( the tall gangly a#sh@le ) was so rude to his staff. Yelling at them and scolding them constantly, and well within earshot of customers. He shouldn't be representing your brand, and is a big self righteous bully who picks on people who are obviously in a position where they can't answer back.Do the right thing Chemist Warehouse, and get rid of this fool. I'm sure if you do this, your customer base won't decline.

One of the worst money ripping pharmacies in Australia. They only care about money it should be named Chemist Rippinghouse because they only ripped people’s money..I did badly injured my both hands and torso because i fell down from a bike near sandy bay road and immediately went to seek first aid service.The chinese lady pharmacist overthere who was wearing glasses refused to do the first aid and told we aren’t certified for that .. Wow if i was her cousin ir sibling will she refused ?? They only care about money and sales..Then i went across the road to terrywhite pharmacist without any hesitation the staff over there gave me first aid treatment.. I will never go to chemist warehouse sandybay.. Hope that lady pharmacist learn some hospitality and manners because this is Australia.

No signs at entrance to say masks are mandatory in store. Happy to wear one, but the staff member who was extremely rude and ordered us to put one on could go about it in a much more professional manner. He didn’t even offer to give us free one. We are new to the area and will never be returning to this store again.

Consistent excellent service at Chemist Warehouse Sandy Bay store makes me a devoted customer. The pharmacists and pharmacy counter staff are always helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. The pharmacists on duty have on two separate occasions volunteered the important information about my medication that should have been provided by the specialist prescribing doctor. Thank you again for your help. I can highly recommend this pharmacy.

It's the first time I really want to write a bad review.The petite female young staff stand there without smile or greeting when I ask for help. It took her a long time to find my parcel, but it clearly had names on it, so it wasn't that hard to find at all, and she asked me to wait by and let the next customer pay first.She looked tired and unhappy maybe because these days were so busy during Black Friday.But You should always try to show your respect to all customers not only locals.Though we are not from same country.You are not borned here which I can see from your accent and skin color. There supposed be 3 stars but I really appreciate that you help me finally.Hope you can do better in future.

The range of products is nice, some of the toys are quite gimmicky. Good jelly beans.
