Norm (Phil) and Chad are efficient and honest. In more than three years of them servicing or repairing our three cars they’ve always done great work at FAR less cost than the manufacturer’ dealerships.Additionally they are brilliant Auto Electricians with no problem too difficult to fix at reasonable cost.They just installed a second-hand towbar on my Kluger and despite it requiring modifications to make it fit (I bought the wrong one!) the cost was Much less than I expected.Another honest work practice of theirs is to defer repairs or maintenance to a later date: this is good for our cashflow.Highly recommended.

The guys were super friendly and went the extra yard to try to make sure the car was right to go after a service, including replacing an extra globe and rechecking an engine error after i picked it up. I did have to call and ask about the progress to be told it was ready, instead of getting a call to let me know, but I'm still keen to use these guys again. A good local shop who care about their customers.
