This store might be convenient with the doctors next door and I would never have returned if I had another option close by. My first visit on the weekend I was told 10 min wait for scripts ended up waiting 20mins. Second visit I was told 5 min wait ended up waiting 15mins, the pharmacist was to busy treating a customer like a drug abuser and speaking very loudly while doing so in front of a number of customers, I believe her name was Tina. So instead of Tina going to dispense or check prescription she continued to provide rude customer service, I am thankful she didnt serve me. However Angela was very lovely, apologetic and helpful on both occasions and the reason for the one star.

Dispopointing and unprofessionalFront of house was very friendly unfortunately management Tina was very poor in their dealings with the customer service side. Tina Said was my product that I was trying to return was disgusting, which was caused by thier product leaking onto the other products. Tina then proceeded to just walk away leaving the poor front of house to apologies on her behalf.Could have being handled much more professionally, leaving a outcome i would have accepted, even if my products were unable to be returned.1.45 27th aug

This is the absolute best chemist ever, and ALL the pharmacists are great. They have always been good to me. The people complaining are just going at the wrong time of the day. Sometimes they are flat out with 15 people standing there waiting for scripts. Go back later when its quieter and you'll get excellent care and service

As a Nerang local, I have visited several other chemists nearby at My Centre Nerang, Nerang Fair, and along Station St. However, this particular Terry White is definitely my favourite local chemist. Every time I need to make a purchase or fill a script at Terry White Nerang Mall, I always have a positive experience. Short wait times, consistent service, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Pharmacists here will go above and beyond to ensure you get the correct information regarding your medication, and to answer any other relevant questions you may have.

Took awhile to be seen, but honestly there was so many staff on and it’s a hectic time of year.What I was super impressed with was that every single one of your staff was wearing a mask.Mask wearing, especially in medical settings, should be more normalised - so it was great to see!
