Regret getting head unit installed here..Had the worst experience dealing with Anthony and Shan. After cracking and trying to mask the break in the vents with a bit of glue and rough sanding, had the SRS light come on and was told to get it reset with my mechanic. He couldn't do it because there was an issue with the wiring, so they sent me to Doncaster Autobarn which also couldn't fix it. They treated me like a nuisance and even said 99% sure this isn't an issue with the head unit". They sent me to the Mecerdes Dealership who were able to fix it because the wiring was done incorrectly.. I understand mistakes happen but the way they handled it was extremely disappointing"

I try to avoid Autobarn at all costs when I can, as I find the click and collect service consistently to be subpar to that of Repco or SCA, but in this instance the price was right. However, after placing a 30 minute click and collect" and allowing 2hrs for them to fulfil I arrived (the store was on my way between home and where I'm taking the product) I was just told "you gotta wait for the confirmation". This

I had issues connecting my subwoofer to my new head unit , but thanks to Travis for helping me out yesterday , he got them working, I appreciate his work and very thankful today 10/10 will Definitely be coming back for all my car needs

I would like to compliment the outstanding customer service I experienced recently with Anthony ( store manager ) with exchanging a faulty product. His attitude made me feel like a valued customer and not just like another number which is very common in retail these days.Well done for sorting out my issue with no inconvenience.Can honestly recommend customer satisfaction when you are shopping at this store.

Fantastic customer service from Mo today with the fast installation of my new car battery.

Purchased L plates but wanted to swap to P plates as my son already bought the L's. I didn't have my receipt but the guy at the counter looked up the date and saw I purchased from that store. They refused to swap the unopened item and said they needed the receipt, even though they could clearly see I purchased from them. I even showed an eftpost transaction and still would not swap. Won't be dealing with Coburg store again. There are plenty of other stores that actually care for their customers with customer service and help their customers. Airport West is my go to from now on. Excellent service at Airport West.

I regularly go to auto parts stores through out Melbourne. Over the past month I have visited 3 different Autobarn stores in the north due to convenience. I live near the Airport west store but have found the service at the Coburg store to be exceptional. So now I drive to Coburg to receive fantastic service. From Stefan’s stereo knowledge to the paint mixing skills of Trystan and Daniel, being greeted and asked for assistance with a smile means a lot. I am in customer service and find the all the team from Anthony and all people in the Coburg store to be warm and welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone I know with limited automotive to visit this store to get the right help and assistance.Regards Warren H
