Great service by the team at Audi brookvale service. Vehicle was sorted and returned as promised. Quality customer service and communication

So unimpressed with the service department at Brookvale. Whilst in for urelated repair our Q5 was damaged by tow truck on their premises and under their direction. They have been rude, unhelpful and have refused to repair the damage caused. Calls are not returned, promised repairs have not taken place and the Audi complaints system is neither competent nor capable at sorting out issues. Incredibly poor service for a luxury brand. We will not use this service again and sadly will not buy an Audi again as we can't endorse the brand anymore. So disappointing.

I have been servicing my Audi here for several years. The staff and the service I have received is outstanding.I have been dealing specifically with Brice who is phenomenal at what he does. He and the team have always been honest and trustworthy since day one.If you are looking for a service centre that you can trust, someone that looks after their clients and where that feeling of care is present during your dealings, then come and meet the team.Brice, thank you so much for always looking after me. You and your team are absolutely amazing.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Blatantly lied and contradicted their original warranty assessment from being denied as it’s ‘normal’ to ‘external influence’ and blamed me for causing it. Even though on two occasions I had the service advisor read out their assessment to me, today it was ‘overruled’ by the service manage from looking at photos only.The original assessment was done at the dealership with the car dropped off in December , but apparently that doesn’t matter.Photos 2 months later are good enough.My advice is avoid Audi in general given their woeful customer service, but the dishonesty of ‘overruling’ an original finding to blame the customer is next level poor practice. Will never go back there!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Bryce at Audi Service Centre in Brookvale in relation to a warranty repair for a faulty dual mass fly wheel. Bryce was extremely professional and accommodating in his approach and kept me informed all the way along, from the time the warranty claim was being approved to the eventual repair. My experience with the Service Centre and Bryce was absolutely seamless. I congratulate Bryce and his team and have no hesitation in recommending the workshop to others.

Poor service and disgusting sense of entitlement amongst staff. Pretty disappointing really when you like Audi’s and the idea of customer loyalty.I was told I “could go somewhere else” when I questioned the cost breakdown of a very simple and routine service.

We recently had an issue with the AdBlue sensor and associated pump in our vehicle.Service Manager, Ben Doig, was extremely helpful and guided me through the process of getting the repair completed without any undue delay. Ben is a consummate professional.I'm very grateful to Ben and his team at the Brookvale Service Centre. I am also thankful and relieved that Audi Australia accepted responsibility for the issue and repaired the vehicle under warranty.Overall a great outcome for the customer.Thank you Audi Service Brookvale and Audi Australia.

Couldn’t be happier with these guys. Jason and his team are friendly, honest and helpful in diagnosing and repairing my Audi under warranty. They have been a pleasure to deal with, including the loan Q5 at no cost whilst my car is repaired. After owning many brand vehicles these guys have been the best to deal with by far.

Horrible customer service. Booked my A5 in 3 weeks in advance to fix an issue with my door lock. Was sure to book a courtesy car as I have to get to work. Arrived at 7:45am to drop off my car only to be asked what it was in for and that they didn’t have a courtesy car for me. Was told they’d have the parts ready for the repair, they didn’t - in fact hadn’t even noted what the repair was booked for. Had to take my car and leave in order to get to work. On top of all that, not even an apology or attempt to make things right.You’d expect the best from an official AUDI repair shop, not these guys. Will be going out of my way to NOT recommend these guys to anyone I know. Unprofessional and unorganised.
