Absolutely love Marshall Motorsports! From the customer service, product availability and pricing, merchandise and shipping times. They are my go-to when the boys and hubby need new clothes. Definitely recommend Marshall Motorsports. Super friendly staff and helpful. I was a bit clueless about which bike and accessories to get but they took time to help me work out what suited me best without trying to push anything unnecessary on me. Bike goes awesome too.

Quoted over the phone $80 for part get in there and they add $20 to the price, saying that it was from" $80. Don't put prices on anything so they can rip you off. Avoid this business!"

not even open when they say they are , don’t answer phone calls either

I posted a bad review and have been blocked on the Facebook page. I lost a few thousand on bikes from these guys, they changed as soon as our bikes broke and accepted no responsibility. I’ve since read other reviews and see the same.

No returnI had purchased a pair of motocross boots from here, got home and found that they were not as flexible or comfortable on my bike and I did not feel safe riding in them. I attempted to return them 2 days later and was not able to. I was told no refund policy and not even a store credit. I explained I understand they are a small business and didn’t expect a refund but would have quite happily of taken store credit to keep the money in store. That was not an option. If this is their strict policy then they should inform you at the time of purchase. She knew I was unsure about them at the time but felt pushed to take them and try them anyway.My handwritten receipt does not give you their return policy, nor an accurate description of the goods purchased.I was advised I could only return my $200 pair for the $400 pair which should be more comfortable.I will not purchase anything again from this store

I want to know how they stay in business when they never open I've been over there several times and there's never been open and when they have been open their been useful as screen door on a submarine but they used to be ok back in the day but they're not now so I have to Chase around town trying to find parts to fix my bike

Wonderful shopping experience. Beverley is a pleasure to deal with and so very helpful. 10/10 recommend.
