Great customer service received from Hume Doors and Timber. I recently had to replace a part on my cavity slide door and was unable to source the part from any local hardware. Called Humes and their sales representative (Glenn) helped, even dropped off the part to me as he was passing by! Couldn’t recommend high enough based on this service.

Huge supplier but from what I understand they don't sell direct

just picked up doors nearly $1000.00 not even wrapped in plastic maybe we should pay when we collect ?NOT HAPPY

The staff are always quick to get you in snd out of the place. The forkie is very good at what he does, always a smile and a hello. Well done

They stuffed up measurements for my Mums order for some cupboard doors. So when we tried to install them they did not fit properly. There was quite a few weeks of hassle and delays due to this. When it was found out that Hume stuffed up they re-did the doors however there was no offer to paint & install them (which we had already done) or discount etc due to THEIR stuff up. When I tried to call Coolum office the manager was rather blunt and not welcoming to the situation & due to me not being directly involved in the purchase she brushed me off. So make sure they get your measurements from you correctly because they dont seem to care about it once they have your money. Customer service in these big company's has gone now days & unless you are aware of your rights etc they dont give a dam.
