Terrible. I telephoned to discuss obtaining a quote. The receptionist refused to allow me to have a three minute conversation with a building certifier, spoke over me and proceeded to tell me how much a quote will cost. My response was: If you cannot allow a short conversation first

The worst service in this country. Stay away of them as far as you can. So professional in picking on every single thing of the job in order to fabricate a new bill and charging extra. Oh, by the way; they keep all your documents, approvals and etc as hostage and will give them to you ONLY after you pay them.

Great certifier and easy to deal with. I'm not sure what the other reviews are about but their attention to detail and professionalism at the Cronulla office is some of the best I've dealt with for private certifiers. I would happily recommend them to any future clients of ours

Called up the Narellan and Bowral offices and Offered to pay to see and speak to a certifier, both receptionists were unprofessional and so was the director who refused to accept a paid appt to just explain some documents to me to help me! Bad business, bad service! Don’t recommend at all !!!!!!

Really good if you need illegal services certified other then that these guys are useless and will be sued for certifying an illegal build with increase land height, causing flooding to our property stops our gas company from delivering gas bottles, and causes damage to properties around her and yet this company informed us that nothing would be certified unless the land heigh was removed. There’s no retaining walls on the plans yet I have a retaining wall sitting 100mm on my property. Council is blaming this company from not doing their job to start with. Had they of done their job this would have been an easier problem to resolve now I have an to dig out my integrated retaining wall and check it for damage due to constant flooding. These guys should be blocking off land that she can’t legally use because it isn’t certified to be used.

Very professional certifiers who ensured my house was built up to all rules and regulations. Very Friendly staff who were always happy to assist with any inquiries i had along the way. Highly recommend!

Absolutely shocking service! Go elsewhere. Rude, unhelpful, keeping your papers unnecessarily. You have way better things to do then deal with the likes of the bad service that this company has to offer. I wish I could rate less than a quarter star.

I had a good experience with local as my shed was very high and Joanne from central building worked very hard to get it over the line they are very professional people i would highly recommend this business

Ask for the Boss. He is very knowledgeable
