Australia Post - Miena CPA

On many occasions, my mail has not arrived. This is honestly upsetting as I pay money for packages and I hope they will refund me. Horrible service standard, Australia Post. I've been living in Miena for my whole life and recently the service standard just dropped!

I live here at Miena and I am sorry to inform you that I have ordered a package from Lauceston and it has not arrived.I hope my case is a singular case as I would not like this horrendous service to happen to anyone.From what I know, this is not a isolated incident. My friend, John Snowtown,whom lives in Liaweene ordered a package of Mangoes last year from Darwin and it has not arrived.I hope this review is read and acted upon by Australia Post. For some reason, my friends own south in Hobart do not have his issue. Please serve the rest of rural Tassie better and serve us better. We understand the challenges of serving the Great lakes area , and let alone the rest of Tassie.Thanks,Stanroy MacQuarieMiena, TasEdit: I have not received any response, information, refund or apology from Australia Post. Another relative of mine, Nickelback MacQuarie, ordered 5kg of Pine wood from Norfolk Island and has not arrived. He lives at Burnie.Australia Post has yet to respond to any of our enquires regarding these major issues. In the future, I recommend all Tasmanians who live in rural areas to pick up their parcels in Strahan, Hobart, Devonport or Lauceston.
