Warren was an absolute life saver! I cant thank him and his driver Kerry enough!We had hired a skip from another company, who had placed it over our water main. Murphy’s law would have it that a pipe burst out the back of our home at 6pm at night and we were unable to acces our water main to turn the water off. The company who we had arranged the skip through did not have an after hours number, and after multiple phone calls to other skip companies and tow truck companies for help. Warren answered My call for help and was so incredibly kind and reassuring! Kerry arrived and was so humble and helpful- he did not seem bothered by the after hours call out at all! This was top notch customer service and I will only ever get my skip bin from Jim’s skips warren and his team.
