I had to get a puncture fixed or new tyre this afternoon latish. I dropped in to get advice and the next thing I knew the tyre was fixed and the guys had put the spare back in the boot and reset the tyre pressure monitor in the car! Probably the best customer service I have ever had - thanks. I’ll be coming back to get new tyres through these guys for sure

Found a small nail the rear tire of me car. So I rang a local mate to see who’s the best tire repair place in Hornsby to go for a puncture repair.Got recommended to see these guys and not waste my time with other tire mobs or mechanics in the area.Turned up, told them the situation. They took my car, did not muck around. 10 min job. Gave me a good quote for four new tires (which I’m thinking about doing soon because I asked).But it get better..They also replaced an air valve cap that was missing on another tire, and topped up the air pressure on all my tires, something I didn’t realised until I got home and checked myself.And they didn’t charge me for this service. Awesome work!

Had a great experience here. It was 3pm and I needed 2 tyres replaced urgently but they didn't have any in stock. Chris was very helpful and arranged for them to be brought from another store so I could get them fitted that afternoon.

Had a big day on full of appointments and meetings no time for BS. Punctured a tire in Hornsby. Extremely stressed, no time to fix it or deal with it. googled the nearest tire place, found these guys pulled in and begged them to help me out. 45 minutes later I’m back on the road all fixed and sorted they looked after me very happy. They knew I had no choice but to use them seeing as my car was basically broken down in the car park, but they still match the competitors price.

Not impressed. Lie after lie!Awaiting calls for a full day. I was informed Chris couldn't get hold of me, but there was no calls at call! Don't lie! It's an ethical issue.The worst part is, nothing's done and no reasons given.

Reasonable prices, very fast and friendly service. i had two rear tyres changed, and needed to move them to the front. i told them this at the appointment and they carried out the service, including the moving of wheels, at no extra cost, and in 25 minutes. great store
