Unfortunately when I went there 3 people inside as a worker all different nationalities but not even one of them help me feel sorry for their customers no service no smile some people do not happy to be representing Vodafone

Really bad customer service . The man was very friendly and informative but the lady working there was so rude with everything . If I asked a question she either brushed it off or said she was in the middle of doing something . Whatever happened to serving the customer with even a tiny bit of decency.Really spoilt my day ….. :(

Service very poor I visited the store and asked for advice, there was a girl who served us and she was very rude. We were trying to explain what we hear and the deal we got from an other person but she kept interrupting us in a rude way and she was not listening to what we were saying. She was making her own decisions and she was not understanding what we were trying to explain. This store was not helpful at all, and I would not recommend anyone to come go to that store.

terrible customer service， waited for ages, which was fine, the joke was no one told me that I need to get this or that while I was waiting, I had to go and grab all the stuff, then I lost my position in the queue, and waited for another 20 minutes. Terrible service

A worker called Ahmed has terrible customer service and refused to serve me cause I didn't write my signature properly...what? He then proceeded to teach me how to write my own signature. I went to Garden city after that and they processed everything in an instant with no hassle and they apologized on his behalf saying that it was strange him not accepting my signature. I would like people to avoid the worker called Ahmed as it seems he has no training in customer service and common sense.
