Puppy school was extremely fun. Ashleigh was very helpful and our boy was off to a good start thanks to her. We do wish you will offer more advanced classes in this location in the near future. I was exceptionally keen to join.Staff are always kind and friendly. Some days the vets are fully booked which just shows how popular they are. Bookings can also be done online which is very convenient. Highly recommend Vetwest Ellenbrook.

Used to be great. Been with for 2 years+ . Has been poor last few visits. After researching im cancelling both plans and taking my boys to another vet. The male vet seemed more interested in us than the dogs. Gave little advice and seemed to be guessing. We pay 2 monthly plans and still 1 visit costs 150 dollars. Girls at desk are nice but for my dogs i need to go elsewhere.

Vetwest Ellenbrook has very helpful, caring and friendly staff on board. Every visit is pleasant! It’s great to have a great vet in our local area. We wish they might have cats boardingfacility in the future like cats in the city. So we won’t need to go that far.

Amazing service. Took time to explain, tests done on the spot so we could leave with treatments. Caring. Quality advice. Upbeat, friendly and professional. Vet, nurse & receptionist all top notch. I have faith in them that if anything went wrong my dog would be in the best of hands. 12/10

Truly the most understanding and compassionate veterinary hospital I've ever attended. The staff make you feel like you're family. I have animals that are difficult to take to a vet but I feel confident every time I attend. Wonderful staff and amazing service. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic, friendly super accommodating staff. The practise manager and vet Natasha are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and both clearly care about you and your pet needs. Love you guys and cannot recommend you highly enough.

I went to Vetwest Ellenbrook with my dog having some trouble to walk. The vet didn't show any concerns, examined my old dog for a minute, read the latest medical report then didn't give me any option about making things better. He said either to go to emergency for thousands dollars or put my dog down. I know that my dog is old and having a bit downhill moment, but for the past 1 year he has been having a normal result of blood test with the usual vetwest in midland then had some blood test 2 months ago which wasn't looking good. I am talking about give me as the owner a consent and option to do more check on the dog which i will pay anyway, not just telling 2 hard options and be a lazy vet.
