DecoRug

Do not use Decorug! They sent a doggy installer to lay carpet in 3 bedrooms. I have been waiting now for 3 weeks for them to fix it. The original carpet was so bad they have to replace carpet in two rooms completely. Now the day before install is due they tell me have sent the wrong colour. This level of Incompetence is unbelievable!

My fiancé and I just bought our first home, while we had already ordered furniture as we were both about to move in together, we had no statement piece or decoration to hold it all together. I would like to give a massive shout out to Jason for being so helpful with us in choosing something that not only matched for an appropriate size, but also colour scheme for our interior pallet. He was also very helpful in helping us size up our rug in lay out for our living room by showing us where the measurements for our furniture were going to be. Could not recommend more!We are very happy with our living room rug, the material being polypropylene is a great choice if you want to not only walk on, but also sit comfortably too.

Found the perfect rug (after visiting 10 plus stores) at DecoRug Helensvale. The customer service was excellent and importantly their product knowledge second to none. Even though I have a good sense of colour the rug suggested was perfection. Extra bounus was having Harry Sen (owner) home deliver and lay it for me....moving around my heavy table, which I could never have managed !Thank you for your advice and assistance..... shall be back for the next one !Highly recommend this store...

Very poor experience, my brother recommended this store for a high quality rug and a great range. Wish we had waited a month before purchasing. We recently had our 3 week old rug professionally cleaned by an Australia wide franchise business. Only to realise my $3400 rug wasn't covered on warranty after the ink leaked everywhere. We had been into the store 6 times to talk to them about easy cleaning rugs, as well have 2 dogs and family. Each time the staff insisted the rug we had picked was the best for cleaning and high quality. As I said to the staff, consumers aren't experts in rugs and we rely on the expertise of professional staff to have product knowledge. Deco rugs response was, we should have asked staff for a 7th time before having our rug professionally cleaned. Lol. Now we have a $3400 rug that is only a month old and has damaged our flooring and cost us in repairs as well as a wasted $3400 rug. I forget we must all made of money in this pandemic. Great way to support your community Deco rugs. Do not waste your time or money.

Excellent service and a great variety of rugs. All our rugs at home are from DecoRug and they never disappoint. Highly recommend.

Everything was great right up until it wasn't. The wrong trim between carpet and vinyl was installed at our job and despite over 2 months of following up and following up I still have no resolution. The communication from deco rug has been atrocious.I do want to give a compliment to John from the Helensvale store who definitely delivered a great sales experience on the shop floor. Unfortunately this hasn't been backed up with after sales service. Spend the money somewhere else because you won't like how it ends with decorug.

A mixed experience for us. Our installer, Veejay, was wonderful - such a hard worker, very tidy and did a high quality lay of our hybrid flooring. Unfortunately, we had lots of errors made in our quote and supply of materials which ended up costing us more than $4000 more than first quoted. In saying that, John, the manager was very apologetic and did his utmost to resolve the issue. At the end of the day, we are now very happy with the completed job and love our new floors.

Excellent service and good variety of rugs. Definitely worth the visit.
