I have known Ajay through different avenues for a short period of time and after speaking with him he arranged for a laptop adaptor to be transferred to the Tweed Heads branch. The staff at Ezi Office Supplies also provide great advice in relation to orders. We once received a call when we ordered an unusual item to confirm we, in fact, wanted this item. It turns out our staff had accidentally ordered the wrong product. By calling us to confirm, we were able to correct the order and have the right product delivered. If we had ordered this from any other supplier, we would have received the incorrect item without question. We value this kind of customer service and personal touch which is so rare in business these days.
