Good value, local supplier with a very responsive purchasing experience (plenty of emails about ordering, processing, shipped, etc.). While shipping isn't 'free' like some other places the product prices reflect that shipping charges are not hidden elsewhere. Also some good usability / consumer bundles. Offering a momentary switch that looks like a normal Aussie light switch as a bundle with a Shelly product is a great value add.

Good product with competitive pricing, fast delivery as well. I got an issue with my smart blind motor and support from Oz Smart Things was tremendous. Returns and getting replacement was a breeze, found Michael (support personnel) very professional, accomodating and prompt in his responses. Highly recommend using OZ Smart Things for your smart home projects.

At 1st i had some technical difficulties with the product they were very helpful and transparent about said issue i was able to get a replacement at no extra cost to me. With plenty of back and forth emailing they were able to help me out in the end. Would recommend, Customer service is very good. Thank you guys happy customer here.

Did not send products that I had paid for. No contact til l enquired as to why goods not delivered. Claimed that their system detected it as a fraudulent transaction yet they took my money and did not deliver the goods. They claimed that they refund the money but they haven’t as yet. They don’t answer their phone so can’t talk about the situation. The “ smart thing “ to do would be buy from someone else

Amazing refund process, great company even when things didn't go to plan.We bought some automatic blinds however they would only work for 1 week before derailing themselves. We tried different attachments and different anchors and screws to hold the motors but every other week they would still fail.At this point we were anxious about getting a refund because we were now outside the refund period, and assumed we would only get store credit (or maybe nothing at all!). However, a few simple emails and they allowed the refund. Would say we're extremely impressed with the ease of it all, and took a load of stress off us. Will happily shop here again !!

I highly recommend Oz Smart Things. The process is so efficient from ordering through to delivery and customer support. Emails are attended to immediately even after hours. Particular thanks to Michael who was so helpful in assisting with his technical team when it wasn’t an issue with the product itself but a phone carrier issue. We have ordered a few times with Oz Smart Things, mainly online ordering for some upcoming projects and some home automation use.It wasn't until recently, that we can see why we chose this company to supply us with Shelly products. We had an issue with a double shipment of goods, most likely communication issue between an interstate warehouse and sales. The team helped us return the goods and offered us a discount on our next order. We just ordered again from them and will do so in the coming future.With companies feeling the pinch on sales and rising costs on goods and shipping, I feel these guys are doing everything they can to help out their clients. It's hard-to-find staff that work so hard and have so much empathy to clients these daysI'll be reaching out to the Shelly community in Aust to make sure to give this company the sales they deserve and continued support to their clients.Thanks OST team.

Hi Calum i ordered 2 of these OBD 4G car trackers and as you know it you cant get them online and we spent 2 days (02.06.2023 and 03.06.2023) to try. You advertise those as 1 minute installation. You have said you refund the full money and sending me the return slip soon, same day. Still waiting on that return slip. Sent you a sms and emails which you ignore big time. Seems like you were quick to sell it but with these 2 faulty units you're very hesitant to issue the refund which you promised you do. Never mind, on Monday i will lodge a complaint to Fair trading. Calum we had talked and you know i will. Fairness would take you a long way.

If you are contemplating whether to place an order, you really don't have to. I contacted support a few times before placing the order. Customer service quickly addressed my concerns. I ordered a whole bunch of smart blinds to test out, some of them did not suit our application. The refund process was a breeze, just tick the items you wish to return in the system. Once confirmed, ship it back (at your own cost). Refund was processed before I even realised. Would definitely go back in the future.

I bought a 3-swtch digital light switch. It came with no instructions and Oz Smart Things were not able to provide step-by-step instructions.Their support is very hard to get hold of and they very rarely respond.Selling this type of tech is way beyond Oz Smart Things skills and knowledge. Better off avoiding them and buying from a professional supplier.
