New customerPreviously used Laser Clinic Aus, who are amazing.I filled in online form, went into the clinic filled it out again, then got asked all the same questions again!!!It waste my time as I had another appt.Look at your clients info beforehand is all that's needed so it's not repeated.

I’ve had 3 rounds of laser hair removal and every session they forget something. Check on my account and it’s even been marked as completed even though they’ve missed a whole area. pretty frustrating that the whole idea of laser hair removal is to be convenient yet I’m having to make phone calls to go back in or having to shave just one side while I wait for my next appointment

Always a beautiful experience visiting Baldivis Silk. my skin has never looked better thanks to their ARX products and having skin treatments like peels, needling, micro's and LED. They always have a lovely and welcoming environment and I always look forward to my appointments :)
