Oh dear… what a disappointing experience. This business is advertised as a “Family business”, but to get anything done you are going through 3 to 4 different entities.The person giving you a quote is from the Head Office, you then speak with your local branch, they then speak with their manufacturers, and then you have a random company doing the installation. This allows them to blame each others when something goes wrong and nobody to help you.8 November 2022: Request for a quote to have new crimsafe sliding doors installed23 November 2022: Someone comes to quote the job28 November 2022: I send an email asking if they could complete the job before Christmas29 November 2022: They reply that it cannot be done before Christmas1 December 2022: I receive a call saying that the job now can be done by Christmas if I pay a deposit the same day, which I did21 December 2022: A technician come to do the installation but after a couple of hours, they realise that all the dimensions are incorrect and they need to send all the doors and tracks back the the manufacturer12 January 2023: Another delivery, another group of installer, another company and missing parts/wrong dimensions again so they need to send things back again28 January: Same installer as before and he manages to do most of the installation but the manufacturer didn’t put the locks on the doors…2 February: Finally after an enquiry made 3 months ago, I have the doors installed.When I asked about having a discount for all the troubles, I’m told that it’s not an option but they can give me an extra year warranty.The doors themselves are okay, but depending on how we close them they catch the top track (very short tracks that would have needed to be longer to prevent this issue).Overall a very stressful and disappointing experience. Please check the reviews of the Head Office Wynstan before requesting them to do something for you.

Had crimsafe installed front and back doors installer was on time and did a great job installing and thoroughly explaining everything we needed to know. Great job

Terrible job on fly screens. Made one extra (why should I pay for extra materials?), then the installation team started installing screens inside the house. Unfortunately the screen in front of the window doesn't look that great so I asked them to move them outside the window. They did it but that left extra holes inside. Now the screens are outside but you can't really get them out (the length of the screen is about 2/3 of the window height so no way to remove it). I would never use this service again :(Update after the reply from the owner: indeed I was contacted by someone from the company. They were very polite and apologetic and promised to get back to me next day with the assurance they will do everything possible to turn this experience into positive. 2 weeks later still nothing..

Ordered a CrimSafe front screen door and really glad we did. Looks great. There was a slight delay in installing, but that was due to a delay with the manufacturing. Wynstan kept us up to date and we're very happy with the quoting process, product and install. Would use Wynstan Hornsby again.

Honestly, I'm beyond disappointed. All these 5 star ratings must be bought from a marketing firm as I would not reccomend them at all.They sent out a contractor to do the job and only gave him a fraction of the needed materials and he was unable to finish the job on the day. Now its been 4 days and not a word from Wynstan or the contractor. The extra expensive install of a crim-safe door which had to be modified because the initial person who came out and measured it got the measurements of the screen door wrong (honestly how hard is it to measure a door?). Now the hinge of this door is making sounds like it was here for 80 years (bodgy parts).All of this ontop of having no handle or locks on the other door that was installed, not doing any screens (which was payed for) and they lied about the agreement to take the old screens away, is going to force me to contact Fair Trading. Very bodgy company and would not recommend to anyone.

We purchased a Crimsafe" security screen door. The product has the look and feel of quality and provides what it claims to provide.Wynstan came out for the measure and quote on time and as arranged.The product was delivered within the estimated time frame and the installation went smoothly. The finished installed door looks good and is clearly a quality product.The only base they missed was during the measure and quote. The very pleasant man who came did not advise us of any "options". The product is available in various colours and designs

I really wish I had taken more notice of the reviews. I stupidly believed the lady who called me to say that they had take a note of reviews and their turnaround was now very quick and they kept people updated. Amazing how someone can lie so muchThey never return phone calls I called up twice and I’ve been promised callbacks each time. I was told that the guy hasn’t come back to do the final measure. He came back the beginning of February for that. One would think if that was the case then five weeks later they might of followed up and sent him back but of course that would be good customer service which they’re not.Next step is to contact the bank to get our money back as technically if you don’t provide the service you have technically stolen money. It’s great to have a lawyer as a cousin.Why the ACCC isn’t investigating this company is beyond me when you read the posts and how they have a 4 star review now when it was 2.7 6 days ago.Just don’t be fooled if they call you promising things and trust your gut instinct and believe the bad reviews because they are true

Great customer service from Steve, who installed our products in our home. He was efficient, friendly, courteous, helpful and professional! Although there was a delay with receiving our front door from the company, our products (doors, blinds and flyscreen frames) look great.

Very professional company to work with from measure & quote through to installation. A great team of people. Harkin the installer was very knowledgeable, meticulous, friendly, professional and made the installation seem very easy. He also cleaned up after himself and left our place spotless. I would highly recommend Wynstan Blinds, Doors, & Shutters (Hornsby). Thanks Wynstan for providing an outstanding service and a great product.
