Dr. Gillian Dunlop is amazing. She explained all necessary Information in a simple understandable manner and took her time in sorting out the situation. Extremely happy with the result.

I could not be happier with my entire experience. Dr Dunlop is very caring and attentive to all concerns and takes the time to explain everything. My breathing after surgery is amazing, my sleep is much better and I am happy with the appearance of my nose.

I recently went to Gillian Dunlop for a Rhino-septoplasty and I cannot recommend her and her team enough! The process from beginning to end was seamless and I never once felt worry or concern. I was told from the very beginning what to expect and the result is phenomenal. I still have many more months of healing with the swelling but it’s been almost 2 months and I love my result.Big thank you to Gillian, the nurses at Hunters Hill and my anaesthetist who made me feel so comfortable throughout the entirety. I have known Dr Gillian Dunlop for over 20 years. During that time my mother, myself and all 3 of my children have been patients of hers. Dr Dunlop has provided 5 star service to us for issues such as a ruptured ear drum, grommets for glue ear, treatment and management of chronic allergies, removal of tonsils and adenoids and sleep apnea. We have also been able to have hearing tests carried out in her surgery and have had custom ear plugs made and had the option purchase disposal ear plugs at a cheaper than pharmacy price.Why do we go back and recommend Dr Dunlop to others? She is professional. She genuinely cares for her patients. She has a wonderful manner with children (and adults) and her knowledge is vast. Dr Dunlop has operated on two of my children. During that time I was reassured and informed about each step of surgery and the recovery process. She is incredibly understanding in theatre and encourages you to comfort your child as they are having their anaesthetic. Post op she gives you feedback promptly and her follow up care is thorough. My other child thankfully didn't need surgery, and Dr Dunlop referred her onto an Immunologist for further treatment of allergies.Dr Dunlop has staff who are friendly and professional. I have always found the ladies to be prompt responding to messages and they always did their best to accommodate my needs, whether it be for an appointment time or scheduling in a surgery.Dr Dunlop is located in a medical centre that has adequate parking and her office is always clean and tidy.I highly recommend Dr Gillian Dunlop.

I am so happy with the result of the operation. Dr Dunlop is an experienced surgeon who has been kind , caring and understanding all throughout post and pre op. She has delivered a result for my rhinoseptoplasty far exceeding any of my expectations considering how bad my septum was deviated . After finally finding the right Surgeon after years of breathing issues and fractures to my nose I decided to get a Septorhinoplasty from Dr Gillian Dunlop after years of putting it off.Unfortunately last week due to no-ones fault, while Dr Dunlop and her amazing anaesthetist Dr Russell were putting me under for my procedure I had Atrial Fibrillation and my surgery had to be canceled for safety reasons.Although at first I was a little upset that the procedure hadn’t happened the class and care by Dr Dunlop and Dr Russell was extraordinary with explaining what had happened and also the risks involved with proceeding always having my well-being at the forefront of our conversations.I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Dunlop and her team purely based on the genuine care and clarity showed to me through the whole process.RegardsCraig
